If the toolkit does not serve your church

Contact Clear Ministry Co. within 30 days of purchase. We will first help with missing files, download problems, or basic questions. If the resource still is not useful for your church, we will issue a refund through Gumroad.

How to request a refund

Email hello@clearministryco.com with the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a short note about the request. Please do not send payment-card information.

After a refund

A refunded license ends when the refund is issued. The purchaser should stop using and delete the resource files. Processing time for funds to appear depends on the original payment method and financial institution.
