Single-church license

Each purchase grants one church a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, edit, print, and share the included files internally with its staff, leaders, board members, and volunteers.

What is not permitted

The files may not be resold, sublicensed, published online, uploaded to a public template library, distributed to another church or organization, or presented as a separate commercial product. A network, denomination, consultant, or multisite organization seeking broader use should contact Clear Ministry Co. for permission.

Practical guidance, not professional advice

The resources are adaptable operational tools. They are not legal, financial, accounting, employment, safeguarding, or pastoral-care advice. Each church remains responsible for reviewing the material for its local laws, policies, theology, insurance requirements, and ministry context.

Purchases and access

Checkout and delivery are handled through Gumroad. You are responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining appropriate access to purchased files.
